LOCATION: American International School of Kingston, Kingston
DESCRIPTION: Maintains and reviews all HR systems, policies and files; Maintains relationships with Ministry of Labor; Oversees work permits and other government related documentation; Assists with NHT documentation for foreign employees; Prepares income statements for all employees; Assists with immigration matters for new hires; Tracks all employee contact information; Tracks personal/sick leave; Assist with preparation of, submit and follow up on all insurance claims; Prepare purchase orders; Books airline tickets for all faculty travel; Identifies vendors, place orders, track and receive all IT, and general school supplies; Maintains inventory
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree; Minimum of two years experience in administration or human resources; Excellent communication skills; Must be able to interact with and support all departments; Must be a team player; A high level of honesty and integrity; Detail oriented
