Chartered Secretary


DESCRIPTION: Provide chartered secretarial services to assigned clients including attending Board and Board committee meetings and taking of minutes; Discharge compliance responsibilities for assigned clients; Maintain corporate records and retrieval systems in paper based and electronic format; Interact frequently with Board Chairpersons, Board members and Management in respect of the discharge of responsibilities; Be familiar with share registration systems

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree (Law, Business Administration or equivalent); Pursuing the ICSA designation; At least two (2) years relevant experience; Excellent communication skills and a good command of the English Language; Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to adapt to a multi-cultural experience;  Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint and Access would be an advantage; Highly motivated; Work within a structured client service process and a proven risk-management methodology
