Description: Directing the bakery and retail operations to meet budget and other financial goals; Overseeing all aspects of the factory production and distribution activities of single-serve baked goods from inception to completion; Seeking out new distribution opportunities; Planning, organizing and monitoring the day-to-day retail/outlet operating activities, including revenue and sales growth; expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management; Developing annual sales targets as part of overall budget and analyze targets against actual performance; Developing, establishing, and directing the execution of operating policies to support overall company strategies, policies and objectives
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in either Management Studies, Operations Management, Culinary Arts (Pastry) or any other related field; Knowledge of bakery production and merchandising; Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and quality standards; Minimum 5 years experience required in similar position; Proven track record of exceptional customer service focus; Ability to get results in a fast-paced, change oriented, environment; highly organized and detail oriented; Good knowledge of MS Office; Willing to work flexible days and hours; Innovative; Performance-driven; Have a record of achievement in effective leadership; Experience in an ISO 9001:2008 environment will be a distinct advantage
