DESCRIPTION: Negotiating recovery settlements between Insurers and third parties; Taking Claims Reports and recording claims data; Negotiating claim settlements between insurers
QUALIFICATIONS: Jamaica Insurance Diploma; Full working knowledge of all classes of insurance; Completion of Insurance Salesman Exams OR Certificate Courses; Minimum of four CXC passes including English Language and Mathematics; Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; Knowledge of Broker One is an asset; A minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar position; Excellent customer service and negotiation skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills.
