LOCATION: Rubis Energy Jamaica Limited, Kingston
DESCRIPTION: Marketing of petroleum products; To supervise the construction phase of brand conversion across the Retail network; Manage project activities to meet cost, schedule and quality deliverables; Agree work schedule with contractors; Ensure accurate and timely collection of materials from warehouse; Agree work plan and Job Safety Analysis with HSE & contractors; Monitor daily activity and update work schedule accordingly; Ensure compliance of all aspects of the job with the brand charter; Prepare weekly and monthly reports of completed activities; Sign off on completed HSE rules & policy are strictly enforced; Ensure the safe return of all unused material to the warehouse
QUALIFICATIONS: Associate Degree/Diploma in Construction Management or Engineering; Project Management certification/experience would be a distinct advantage; Two (2) years’ experience in managing similar projects; Ability to interpret construction drawings; Problem solving skills; Knowledge of safety requirements in a construction environment; Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Projects; Proven ability to manage multiple projects; Good time management skills; Team oriented; Detail oriented; Work on own initiative
