DESCRIPTION: To undertake a diagnostic review of the processes/procedures involved in the issuance of construction permits in Guyana; Development of a comprehensive proposal on how related processes can be streamlined through the use of technological solutions; The objectives of the technological solutions are to reduce the time, cost and number of procedures involved in obtaining the necessary permits and approvals needed for construction in Guyana.

QUALIFICATIONS: An advanced degree in Public Policy, Public Sector Management Economics, Strategy, Finance or related discipline; At least 3 years’ experience designing and implementing a single window solution for streamlining Government services.
