Description: Manage the development and the implementation of the corporate communications strategy including media relations, community relations and internal communications; Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan with specific strategies and action plans to project a positive corporate image; following up with media to increase the possibilities of maximum coverage in all media;    Prepare effective press releases, prepare information for media kits and develop and maintain company internet or intranet web pages; Manage special events such as sponsorship activities, new products launches, or other activities the Company supports in order to gain public attention through the media without direct advertising; Manage relationships with key stakeholders: Staff, External Contacts, Suppliers, Customers and Government; Establish and maintain relationships with company leaders and act as support resource for all operating divisions of the Company; Coordinate media buys and reserves advertising space with appropriate media outlets

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Media Studies or other related area of specialization; Knowledge of trends in the telecommunications industry with experience working in a competitive environment; A minimum of 6 years experience in Corporate Communications or Public Relations; Excellent knowledge of the local landscape and the respective cultural/socio-political nuances;   Excellent strategic and creative skills with an emphasis on business and brand focused thinking skills;   Ability to lead and motivate with strong people/resource management skills
