Corporate Solutions Specialist

LOCATION: National Commercial Bank, Kingston

DESCRIPTION: Coordinate the structuring and execution of new deals requiring corporate lending and/or capital markets solutions; Analyze financial statements of corporate clients to determine suitability for accessing the Capital Markets; Prepare memorandums for approval by the Risk Committee/Investment Committee/ Board of Directors for all Capital Markets transactions; Coordinate the process of Deal Execution by managing timelines and deliverables by key stakeholders e.g. Issuer, marketing and operations teams, etc.; Liaise with regulatory bodies for the approval of any Private or Public Offers; Coordinate drafting of pitch book and presentation materials; Coordinating any post-transaction events; Conduct regular calling program on potential clients for the purpose of seeking new business. This may include travel to sites outside the corporate area to conduct due diligence.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field; A minimum of four (4) years work experience in the analysis of financial statements for commercial finance lending or within the banking industry or securities industry; A Post Graduate Degree would be an asset; Pursuit of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter would be desirable.
