DESCRIPTION: Provide enthusiastic, courteous and exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction; To develop good product knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; To serve as first point of contact in resolving customer’s issues, diagnose and solve problems following company policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 3 CXC subjects (including Math and English); Must be able to communicate orally and in writing while multitasking; Must have a valid Government issued photo ID, TRN & NIS numbers; Ability to spell and use proper grammar in writing; Designation of Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) or other business related studies including typing skills would be an asset; Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Have the ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm; The ability to communicate efficiently and effectively providing timely detailed responses; The ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and public holidays); Keen attention to detail and the ability to meet specific deadlines and be results oriented; The ability to multitask and work as an effective part of a team; Excellent writing skills Successful candidates must be able to furnish a police record and pass an employment background check
