DESCRIPTION: Assist in the development, promotion and enhancement of the company’s image and reputation with efficient and courteous customer service at all assigned areas within the operation, including our check-in counters, departure gates, arrival halls and baggage service areas; Provide oversight and management of passenger-handling activities with particular attention to the achievement of On-Time Performance; Supervision of third party contractor service agreements would also be a requirement of the post
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of five (50 GCE/CXC Passes, including Mathematics and English. CAPE/GCE Advanced Level Qualifications are an asset; Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar role; Proficient in the use of MS Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of software programs used by the Company will be an asset; Possess basic supervisory skills; Have a strong sense of self-confidence; Have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels; Be able to work well as a contributing member of a high performance team
