JOB TITLE: Customer Service Technician
LOCATION: Advanced Integrated Systems. Kingston
DESCRIPTION: Maintain, repair, install, demonstrate and setup reprographic devices; Able to see objects closely, discriminate colors and perceive depth continuously; Maintain high performance service activity benchmarks; Sell maintenance contracts; Complete job related reports, and give any required feedback within time given; Able to perform motor skills such as grasping, finger manipulation, pinching, bending, reaching out, twisting, turning, reaching up, wrist turning for 2 hours continuously; Able to properly lift 50 pounds or less frequently, 100 pounds or less occasionally. The highest point of any lift – overhead; the lowest point of any lift – the floor; Applicants with the above characteristics and experience in reprographic repairs and service, with an understanding of Konica Minolta bizhub products or NEOPOST Document Handlers and Mailing Systems in particular, will have an advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of five (5) CXC/GCE subjects including Mathematics, English Language, Physics and Information Technology. Preferably tertiary level training in Electronics/ Mechanical Engineer from a recognized institution; A sound understanding of Information Technology and Reprographic Equipment; One productive year experience in a similar position; Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, Apple MAC and Computer Connectivity; Own and operate a reliable motor car; Work independently in field driven capacity to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to work on own initiative and operate well under pressure; Excellent and well defined customer-centric philosophy; Outstanding and effective time management skills.
