QUALIFICATIONS: Passionate, People Oriented, Positive, Productive, Principled; Live in Savanna-la-mar or its environs; At least 18 years old with a high school diploma; Possess a College or University Degree; Two (2) years of previous retail management experience; Two (2) years college or two (2) years as a supervisor experience; A demonstrated ability to work with people; Willingness to be assigned to a store anywhere; Ability to lift or move goods weighing up to 50 pounds a distance of several feet; Ability to observe and respond to signs of shoplifting or dangerous behavior; Ability to hear and understand Customer and Associate inquiries and receive oral instruction from supervisors; Ability to complete your training in Kingston.
