DESCRIPTION: Acquiring and executing contracts; Providing clients with best in class and on-time services; Successfully manage accounts based on contract to minimize variations and enhance client satisfaction; Manage the performance of all contract services including monitoring budgets and correct deviations to ensure efficient use of resources; Prepare bid proposals and quotes and follow through to the successful negotiation of contract awards; Create opportunities to develop and strengthen client relationships; Develop clearly defined project planning procedures and ensure successful and timely implementation; Lead research and recommend innovations for suitable solutions including technologies to enhance client satisfaction and company performance; Track and manage the contract renewal process.
QUALIFICATIONS: Masterʼs Degree in Business Administration or similar field; Project Management skills will be an advantage; Prior experience in sales or account management providing complex solutions across various markets; Demonstrated ability to lead and coach team; Be self directed, with enhanced problem solving, negotiating and communications skills.
