DESCRIPTION: Overall management of all the Human Resource management and development functions; Making valuable contribution to the general management of the business and achievement of the company’s strategic goals.
QUALIFICATIONS: MSc. Human Resource Development, plus at least seven (7) years of human resource management experience, at a senior level; An MBA with specialized training in Human Resource Management, plus at least at least eight (8) years working at the senior management level practicing human resource management and development; Sound strategic management experience, including budget preparation and administration; Benefits and compensation program management and administration; Knowledge of labor laws and employment practices; Results-oriented and consistently meets deadlines; Excellent analytical, statistical, reporting and policy development skills; Interpersonal skills; Well-founded problem solving and decision making skills; Excellent communication, change management and motivational skills; Innovation and creativity along with excellent supervisory management
