LOCATION: Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority, Kingston

DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the overall efficient and effective administration of the Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority in accordance with its mandate as set out in the Civil Aviation Act and within the framework of the Public Bodies Management & Accountability Act, the FAA Act and the Government of Jamaica (GOJ) Procurement Guidelines; Ensure compliance with International Treaties and Agreements entered into by and on behalf of the GOJ. Use his/her best judgment to advise the Members of the Authority, the Responsible Minister/GOJ on all matters that may have an impact on Civil Aviation and the Country.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree or other professional training in Management; At least ten (10) years’ experience at a Senior Management level position;  Experience within the Aviation Industry would be an asset; Working knowledge of Industrial Relations
