Qualifications: A proven track record of excellent communication skills, preferably in the higher education sector involving the research environment; Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with demonstrated responsibility in writing/editing with the ability to produce high-quality written materials to deadline;  Experience in the design, delivery and facilitation of training activities with excellent presentation skills;  A working knowledge of business coaching, development of effective training material, and business plan development; A remarkable track record of successfully developing talent in a fast-paced, creative environment including coaching or mentoring experience would be an advantage; Commercial experience evaluating business plans would also be an advantage; Confident self-starter, quick to connect with others and impatience for results
