Description: Clerical duties
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management or equivalent; Five plus years supporting at the executive level; Excellent calendar management skills, and coordination or complex meetings; Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; Experience in travel arrangements for Management; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks; Ability work with little or no supervision; Must be exceedingly well organized and detail oriented; Proven ability to support an organization of diverse people and programs; Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels; Comfortable working in a fast paced environment; Must be able to produce exceptionally under pressure; Should demonstrate pro-activity, resourcefulness and efficiency; Confidentiality is a must couples with strong decision making ability; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Operational knowledge of the hospitality industry; Team Jamaica Certification a distinct asset.
