QUALIFICATIONS: Tertiary level academic qualification.; At least three (3) years related work experience at a supervisory level; Computer literate with the ability to train and motivate staff; Excellent leadership, teamwork and written communication skills; Must be a hands-on individual who is organized and detailed oriented; Very good reporting and management skills with the ability to relate to persons at all levels; Have a valid Food Handlers Permit; Be able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays; A Foreign Language would be an asset
