LOCATION: University of the West Indies, Kingston
DESCRIPTION: Primarily responsible for the general maintenance of the Regional Headquarters Building; Inter alia the maintenance of the building; The preparation of the facility for ceremonial and other official University events; Security of the building; Maintenance of plant and machinery including electricity, water and air conditioning; Oversight for the maintenance of the grounds and sanitations and will also be expected to coordinate emergency procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with post graduate management training; Five (5) years experience in the field with some supervising/managerial assignments; The successful applicant will be expected to assume duties as soon as possible.
