JOB TITLE: General Manager
LOCATION: 138 Student Living Jamaica Limited, Kingston
DESCRIPTION: To work with the Board of Directors to develop and grow the company as it rolls out developments over the next three years; Responsive to the needs of the company’s primary clients, which are university students from different countries; To collaborate with all stakeholders as well as the public in enforcing the guidelines and policies of the Company and the University.
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in the hospitality sector, managing a hotel or university student residence; master’s degree, preferably in business administration and or hospitality management; minimum of five years experience at senior management level; track record of working successfully with Boards of Directors and multiple stakeholders; Excellent supervisory and organizational skills; ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, parents and staff members
