DESCRIPTION: Responsible for developing new relationships; Selling the organization’s products and services; Ensuring customer retention; Referring business opportunities to other business entities within the Group; Contributing to the overall objective of effectively developing a stable customer base.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Accounting or related discipline; A minimum of four (4) years experience in a similar capacity within an Asset Management Company; Proven track record in managing and successfully diversifying clients’ portfolios; Knowledge of Anti-money laundering policies and procedures; A proven track record of exceeding aggressive sales targets especially in off-balance sheet business such as stocks and bonds; Sound industry knowledge; Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to successfully interface with varying personalities; Strong relationship building skills; Excellent negotiating skills; Excellent portfolio planning skills; Excellent knowledge of marketing/sales strategies and techniques; Strong presentation skills; Superior analytical and problem solving skills; Must be detail-oriented and able to use his/her initiative; Dynamic individuals; Solid experience in an Asset Management Company; Record of success in originating new business with high net worth individuals and large corporations; Able to efficiently and effectively manage clients’ portfolios and proactively offer prudent advice on investment opportunities and portfolio diversification.
