LOCATION: Fraser Fontaine & Kong Limited, Kingston
DESCRIPTION: Taking Liability Incident Reports and recording claims data; Negotiating claim settlements between Insurers/Adjusters/Claimants/ Attorneys; Dispatching Hotel Bordereaux to clients and Overseas Insurers; Coordinating and participating in Risk Management Seminars; Managing Liability Claims Database
QUALIFICATIONS: Jamaica Insurance Diploma; Full working knowledge of all classes of insurance, with in-depth experience in liability claims processes; Completion of Insurance Salesman Exams OR Certificate Courses; Minimum of five GCE O’Levels or CSEC including English Language and Mathematics; Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Knowledge of a Broking Insurance Software Application is an asset; A minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar position; Excellent customer service and negotiation skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills.
