LOCATION: National Commercial Bank, Kingston
DESCRIPTION: Assist in the development of new loyalty strategies and manage existing loyalty programs to drive repeat business among the cardholder base and to attract new cardholders; Manage existing relationships, identifying and developing new partnerships to generate incremental revenue; Manage the customer lifecycle to deepen customer relationships and build customer loyalty as well as assist in development of programs to stimulate retention of Cards; Create cardholder performance value matrix models and develop specific tactics against cardholder performance; Conduct competitive analysis and maintain industry knowledge base pertaining to usage and retention tactics, offers and innovations; Lead efforts to develop program enhancements or new loyalty program concepts including identifying unique; opportunities, developing and testing concepts, managing the development process, and provide ongoing maintenance; Provide direction to execute marketing plans throughout internal and partner channels; Develop, plan and execute business tactics to enhance profitable customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; Minimum of three (3) years working experience in a Marketing, Bank or other Consumer Service Institution inclusive of at least one (1) year at a supervisory level and two (2) years job related experience
