LOCATION: Grace Kennedy, Kingston

DESCRIPTION: Overall responsibility for the delivery of Corporate Secretarial Services for subsidiaries in the Group; Providing Corporate Secretarial services for designated companies in the Group; Managing the delivery of Corporate Secretarial Services within agreed service standards; Ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory issues falling within the Corporate Secretarial responsibility; Ensuring accurate and effective records management and retrieval systems; Overseeing the share registration functions

QUALIFICATIONS: ICSA designation; Minimum of seven (7) years Corporate Secretarial experience; Bachelors degree, ideally in Business Administration or Management Studies; Minimum of seven (7) years management experience; Strong organizational abilities; Good knowledge of statutory reporting/obligations applicable to the Corporate Secretarial portfolio
