QUALIFICATIONS: An MBA with a combination of sales and marketing experience in FMCG; A minimum of 5 years at a senior level with an exceptional track record in brand management and competitive, fast-paced and diverse markets; Highly commercial, pro-active in thinking who will dig deep to find the answers, fast-moving, responsive and resilient, with sound credentials in strategy; Well rounded people skills to be able to stretch the team, extract high performance and cultivate an infrastructure of support; Professional presence, a confident communicator having a network of amazing relationships with advertising agencies, the media, internal and external key stakeholders; Highly commercial marketer; Experienced in employing an integrated marketing approach to deliver competitive advantage.
