DESCRIPTION: Support the development of the integrated marketing plans for the Victoria Mutual Group, with responsibility for specific marketing programs, while assisting with the implementation of the Group’s overall strategies and campaigns; Required to take steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of the organization through the achievement of strategic goals and objectives; Participate in the development of the marketing strategy for the Victoria Mutual Group in conjunction with the Department Head and Unit Mangers; Execute, monitor and report on components of the Strategic Marketing Plan that fall within the span of control; Assist in the preparation of Victoria Mutual’s Brand Standards and Guideline document and ensure that it is communicated to all branches, representative and subsidiary offices as well as the internal Graphics Unit and any agencies or suppliers that undertake work on behalf of the Victoria Mutual Group; Spearhead the sourcing and documentation of product information to be applied to all aspects of marketing for the Victoria Mutual Group
QUALIFICATIONS: B.Sc. Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent; Possess a minimum of five (5) years’ practical experience in the field of Marketing, Public Relations or Advertising; General knowledge of the financial sector, markets, products and services; Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services; Knowledge of administration and business management principles involved in budget preparation, human resources management, leadership techniques and coordination of people and resources; Excellent knowledge of the structure and content of the English Language; Knowledge of computer software, especially desktop publishing applications and techniques.
