DESCRIPTION: Prepares the M&E section of the annual work plan; Collaborates with RCU technical staff to implement and maintain monitoring and evaluation of the RCUʼs work plan; Ensures that monitoring and evaluation is incorporated into curriculum design and conduct of all training programs; Interprets and utilizes performance benchmarking measures, indicators and reports; Develops presentations and written reports to summarize quality improvement findings; Collaborates with technical partners and stakeholders to implement and maintain monitoring and evaluation efforts; Collaborates with the twelve PEPFAR partnership framework countries in: implementing and maintaining monitoring and evaluation of their work plans; implementing training outcome evaluation plans; use of TrainSMART where appropriate;
QUALIFICATIONS: A Masterʼs Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences, Epidemiology, Public Health or a related discipline. Candidates with a PhD in any of these disciplines would be preferred; A minimum of six (6) years experience in monitoring and evaluation of health or related programs; Experience in evaluation or research design, data collection and analysis processes; Familiarity with one or more of the following fields is required: training/human resource development; HIV/AIDS care and support services; family planning/reproductive health service delivery.
