DESCRIPTION: Develop and implement standards and procedures for the Highway Planning and Traffic Management activities; Prepare schedules and budgets for the program for Highway Planning; Provide technical advice to Government and private organizations on Traffic Management; Identify and design traffic surveys and studies; Conduct detailed engineering analysis of traffic patterns and driver behavior; Implement traffic management measures to improve traffic flow and safety on the road network
QUALIFICATIONS: B.Sc. Civil Engineering or related field; At least five years working experience in transportation/highway planning; At least three years in a management position; Post graduate degree in Economics or Urban and Physical Planning
