JOB TITLE: North Coast Sales Development Manager

LOCATION:  National Outdoor Advertising Ltd., Kingston

DESCRIPTION: Managing customer expectations and service delivery; Understanding customer requirements, market trends and dynamics; Demonstrates sound knowledge and practical use of internal Customer Relationship Management and Transaction Processing tools; Achieve established sales targets on a consistent basis; Manage presentations and negotiations

QUALIFICATIONS: An experienced sales leader with a strong commercial orientation; Marketing Degree or equivalent; -5 years experience in sales at a management level; Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit; Must be able to operate independently; be highly driven; and self-motivated; Must be a problem solver; Must possess a passion for Sales & Marketing; Successful Track record in selling a ‘concept’ to senior management; Is comfortable addressing an audience of key influencers and decision makers; Capable of working under pressure and to specific timelines; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; International work experience would be considered an advantage; Knowledge of the signage industry would be considered an advantage
