LOCATION: American International School of Kingston, Kingston

DESCRIPTION: Responsible for answering telephones, writing letters, sending emails, filing and general office duties; Serving as a liaison between parents, students and faculty

QUALIFICATIONS: Secretarial skills required; Flexibility and multi-tasking abilities are required; Minimum of two years experience in administration; Excellent communication skills; Must be able to interact with and support all departments; Must be a team player; A high level of honesty and integrity; Detail oriented
