JOB TITLE: Office Manager

LOCATION:  Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority, Kingston

DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the provision of office management services necessary to sustain a high level of efficiency and productivity of staff and equipment; Responsibility of the incumbent to ensure proper maintenance of motor vehicles, office equipment and office surroundings; To ensure the effectiveness of janitorial and general maintenance services.

QUALIFICATIONS: B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, Public Administration or equivalent from a reputable tertiary institution; At least three (3) years experience in the field; Sound knowledge of inventory control practices and principles; Working knowledge of facilities and supplies management; Working knowledge of general and motor vehicle insurance and claims procedures; Good supervisory, human relations and negotiation skills; Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
