QUALIFICATIONS: Commercially oriented applicants who are educated to degree level or above – in engineering, economics, finance or business; Performance oriented and self motivated; Numerate coupled with an appetite for risk; Good relationship skills; Resilient; Ability to quickly assimilate information from multiple sources; Minimum of two (2) years work experience; The ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese or French would be an asset; Creative / flexible thinking; Very strong relationship skills; Must be able to live and work in Barbados; Willing to work hard, learn fast and deal with a pressurized environment; Multi-tasking and prioritizing should be a key skill as should IT literacy and the ability to learn new software packages.
