DESCRIPTION: Responsible for supervising the relevant staff for the management and maintenance of the physical plant inclusive of Janitorial/housekeeping, grounds and security
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in managing large physical plants preferably multi-unit dwellings or hotels; At a minimum, a first degree, preferably in engineering or facilities management; minimum of five years experience at a supervisory level; track record of working successfully with senior management; Excellent supervisory and organizational skills; ability to communicate effectively with students and staff members.
