DESCRIPTION: Provides support to the Legal Officer in the delivery of general legal services; Primary tasks comprise legal drafting and research; Conducting searches at Government offices and agencies; Conducting investigations at Court Offices and providing preliminary legal opinion subject to approval by the Legal Officer; To provide support to the Corporate Secretariat
QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate Degree in Social Sciences or Humanities; Diploma in Paralegal studies; Minimum of three (3) years experience as a Paralegal with an understanding of Contract Law, Civil and Criminal Procedures, Law of Evidence, Legal Research & Writing; Law of Torts, Intellectual Property Law, Conveyancing, Legislative Drafting and Interpretation.
