Location: Stewarts Automotive Group, Kingston
Description: Provide day to day administrative support to the Director; Receive, forward and follow up on all correspondence, including electronic mail; Coordinate and managing meetings; Record and write minutes from meetings; Manage appointments and schedules; Coordinate internal and external events; Conduct research, compile data and prepare documents for presentation by the Director; Assist with the administrative duties of the Sales Department; File and Records Maintenance; Assist in the maintenance of properties, including sourcing and purchasing of items
Qualifications: Certified Professional Secretary Qualification, or equivalent; At least three years experience in a similar capacity; Excellent communication skills (written and oral); Excellent organization and problem solving skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Must be confidential and be able to multi-task; Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
