DESCRIPTION: Exercises broad responsibilities for all aspects of the academic, student, financial, advancement and administrative dimensions of the institution; Provide critical leadership in building on the excellence of The Mico’s programs while maintaining strong and vibrant relationships with alumni and various other external constituents
QUALIFICATIONS: A successful record of cultivating and maintaining external relationships, including tangible success in the development of financial resources; Meaningful experience in leading a complex organization, including demonstrated success in creating, executing and completing plans; A collaborative leadership style that is open and empowers, enables and motivates others; An understanding of various educational delivery models and cost structures; Superb communication skills with the ability to communicate with multiple audiences through various media; An understanding and appreciation for the academic environment; A deep appreciation for teaching and scholarship; Commitment to the intentional development of an increasing diverse community of scholars and learners; Earned a Doctoral Degree in an appropriate academic discipline.
