JOB TITLE: Principal
LOCATION: St. Richards Primary School, Kingston
DESCRIPTION: Interact and collaborate with the students, staff, parents and community; To build a school environment that maximizes student learning, academic performance, social growth and physical education while building on the culture of excellence already established.
QUALIFICATIONS: A degree from a recognized university in a relevant discipline, preferably at the Masters level; A minimum of five (5) years experience at the management level in Education; Proven knowledge of curriculum development; Proven knowledge of budgeting and fiscal management; Proven knowledge of policy formulation; Aptitude for strategic thinking, planning and implementation; Strong inter-personal and communication skills
