JOB TITLE: Principal

LOCATION: Gaynstead High School, Kingston

DESCRIPTION: For September 1, 2015

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate training with at least 5 years supervisory experience at the secondary level; A proven record of supervisory experience in education; Strong leadership, management, financial and communication skills; Proven ability in Curriculum development, implementation, management and assessment; Good knowledge of the Rules and Regulations of the Ministry of Education; Working knowledge of the FAA Act, the Child Care and Protection Act and the relevant labor laws, employment procedures and practices; Strong interpersonal skills and committed to work with all stake holders under the policies of the Ministry of Education and guidance of the Board of Management;  Applications should be done on the appropriate Ministry of Education forms (in triplicate) obtainable at the Regional Offices
