Location: Munro College, St. Elizabeth

Description: Oversee the operational planning and development; Direct the day-to-day academic and associated operation of the school and providing day-to-day professional guidance and leadership; Interact and collaborate with the students, staff, parents and community to build a school environment that maximizes student learning, academic performance, social growth and physical education while building on the Munro College tradition of excellence.

Qualifications: Degree from a recognized university in a relevant discipline, preferably at the Masters level; Minimum of five years experience at the management level, preferably in an academic setting; Proven knowledge of curriculum development; Proven knowledge of budgeting and fiscal management. Proven knowledge of policy formulation; Aptitude for strategic thinking, planning and implementation; Strong Inter-personal and Communication Skills.
