QUALIFICATIONS: Be a trained graduate with a strong academic background and possess postgraduate qualifications in Educational; Administration or Educational Leadership; Have at least three years experience, preferably at the secondary or tertiary level; Have proven knowledge of High School Operations; Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Be a strong disciplinarian; Have sound knowledge of effective leadership strategies, operational planning and implementation; Have sound knowledge of The Education Act and Education Regulations.
