LOCATION: Tax Administration Jamaica, Kingston
DESCRIPTION: Project Name: Procurement Of Program Support Personnel To Implement Commercial Off The Shelf Systems (Cots) For Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ Reform / Modernization Of The State: Contract Duration — Twenty-Four (24) Months; To provide administration, performance monitoring, tracking and scope management of the projects in the Program Office; Supports the Program Manager in the coordinating of all project activities.
QUALIFICATIONS: BSc in Business Administration/Management Studies; Three (3) years related experience; Excellent knowledge of office procedures; Good knowledge of the Public Sector Regulations & Policies and the Staff Orders; Working knowledge of tax administration rules, regulations and procedures; Good knowledge and proficiency in the use of office automation and specific software packages such Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint; Good knowledge and proficiency in the use of project management tools; Excellent communication skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Team Building skills; Stress management skills; Analytical and problem solving skills; Good decision making and time management skills; High level of initiative, professionalism, good work ethics, time management and the ability to work under pressure.
