Quality Assurance Analyst I
LOCATION: Fiscal Services Limited. Kingston
DESCRIPTION: Conduct quality assurance review of applications throughout the System Development Life Cycle; Assist in providing training for clients in System Acceptance Testing; Conduct testing on systems developed and implemented and determine suitability for production; Review program test plans and identify and diagnose errors in programs; Review user and operations manuals to ensure clarity and completeness; Train system developers and operations staff in System Acceptance Testing.
QUALIFICATIONS: B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science from a recognized tertiary institution; 3 years experience in systems development, design and implementation; Systems analysis and design techniques; Training in software application/quality assurance testing; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular PowerPoint and MS Word; Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); Analytical & problem solving skills; Planning and organizational skills; Report writing skills; Highly motivated individual; Effective team player.
