JOB TITLE: Regional Security Manager

LOCATION: Couples Resort,

DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the two Negril properties – Couples Swept Away Negril and Couples Negril.

QUALIFICATIONS: Have attained Tertiary Level Education; Possess a background in the Constabulary Force or Military; Be knowledgeable in Hospitality, Security/Property controls and procedures; Be able to foster excellent working relationship with the Police; Be aware of the Private Security Relation Authority and related laws; Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate well with persons at all levels; Have positive work ethics and attitude; Be able to lead, motivate and work well in a team; Be computer literate; Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Finance and the ability to maintain and control costs; Have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position.
