DESCRIPTION: Responsible for our busy restaurant serving local and international menus with high quality customer service and standards, catering to individual customers to large groups from across the world; Work closely with the purchasing department advising changes & new stock requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills to manage the teams of chefs; restaurant and bar staff; Ensuring day-to-day operations are well coordinated and smooth; Able to demonstrate how their role contributes to the profitability of the restaurants; Understand the importance of upholding a brand’s reputation and what it takes to provide a globally recognized hospitality experience; More than 3 years management experience; Experienced and dynamic manager
