LOCATION: Mothers, Kingston
DESCRIPTION: Manage all aspects of restaurant operations such as Human Resources, Product Quality, Restaurant Readiness, Service Delivery, Sales and Marketing, Audit and Control; Motivate, train and manage the workforce of between 30 and 40 individuals; Work on shifts, any day of the week and public holidays
QUALIFICATIONS: MANAGERS: Tertiary level Degree or Diploma in Food Service Management or related field, with a minimum of 3 years experience in Management or Supervision; OR a minimum of 5 CXC subjects including Mathematics and English Language, with a minimum of 6 years experience as a Manager and/or Supervisor; SUPERVISORS: Tertiary level certificate in Food Service or 4 CXC subjects including English Language and a numeric subject, with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Supervisor. Ability to learn quickly and multi-task; Customer Service oriented; Ability to work and communicate with people at all levels; A valid Food Handler’s Permit
