LOCATION: Restaurant Associates
DESCRIPTION: Assisting the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Managers with administrative functions as well as Crew Member supervision to ensure that they are motivated; Adhere to Company policy and procedures while maintaining a very high standard of food quality, safety, excellent customer service and cleanliness.
QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of five (5) CXC/CSEC/GCE OʼLevel subjects, including English Language and Mathematics; Certificate in Food Management or equivalent qualification; A minimum of two (2) years experience in the food and beverage industry, in a supervisory position would be an asset; Knowledge of restaurant operations industry; Excellent inter-personal skills; Excellent time management skills; Be able to work shifts Monday to Friday, weekends and on Public Holidays
