Description: Developing strategies and plans to enhance the brand and grow market share; Developing a strategic approach to pricing the company’s products that would provide a competitive advantage; Monitoring and assessing the company’s performance within its core market and identifying areas for growth; Conducting customer’s needs analysis and developing sales strategies to meet the needs of the market segment; Responsibility for growing the business through the accomplishment of sales targets and providing effective leadership to the sales and customer service teams.
Qualifications: Professional qualification such as Post-graduate degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing or equivalent a plus; and 5 – 7 years experience in sales with at least 3 years marketing experience; strong foundation in customer requirements and market dynamics; Strong business and financial acumen, high levels of professionalism and integrity; Strong negotiating skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels written and orally; Dynamic leadership and results-oriented capabilities to address operational and marketing challenges; Strong problem solving and analytical skills; Ability to build strong, enduring, customer relationships at all levels; Strong strategic thinker who is also innovative and dynamic. Should possess strong channel management, solid brand and pricing management, good track record of delivering sales targets and the ability to communicate with impact to corporate and domestic customers.
