QUALIFICATIONS: Tertiary Level qualification from a recognized institution; At least three (3) years of direct Sales and/or Marketing management experience in the hotel industry; Proactive individual who will take steps to ensure maximization of revenues in conjunction with the Hotel’s sales and marketing strategy; Solid knowledge of wholesale and retail travel business with strong knowledge of e-marketing, outbound sales and public relations; Solid knowledge of corporate and group travel business; Experience in selling and organizing banquets, weddings and other events; Strong organizational skills with proven ability to lead, coach, train and motivate employees; A dynamic personality with a driven desire to satisfy customers’ needs; Excellent time management, communication and administrative skills; Be able to work weekends and Public Holidays; Must possess a reliable motor vehicle and the ability to travel locally and overseas.
