LOCATION: Private Security Regulation Authority, Kingston
DESCRIPTION: To provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support to the senior managers of the Authority; Take shorthand/notes, produce letters, reports, newsletters and minutes of meetings as required; Accurately type correspondence; Receive, collate, file and retrieve correspondence and maintain a comprehensive and effective filing system; Process telephone calls and appointments; Receive and direct clients
QUALIFICATIONS: Four (4) G.C.E. Oʼ level / CXC subjects including English Language and Information Technology; Certificate in secretarial skills from a recognized academy/institution; Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher; Typing speed of 60 WPM and shorthand of at least 100 WPM; At least two years experience in a similar capacity
