Description: Responsible for administrative support functions at the Campus; Ensure all correspondence and reports are processed for the Director’s office; Ensure standard office practices and routines of the Director’s office is functioning efficiently; Ensure proper filling and record keeping; Perform other related administrative support duties
Qualifications: Certificate from an accredited Secretarial School; 5 CXC/GCE including English Language and Mathematics; At least three (3) years experience in a similar position
